Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped worldwide. All shipments that are sent by, are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
  • Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
  • We strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 2-4 business time free shipping on order over $300!
  • The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment at the latest.
  • You will be contacted by e-mail with a  tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.


  • If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund.
  • Should you wish to make a return, please, ensure the following:
  • Return is within 15 days of receipt.
    All items must be in pristine condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached.
    All merchandise to be returned must be sent in one complete package.
    Return shipments must be made via the service used for original delivery.
  • We can only accept returns with all above conditions met.


  • We gladly accept exchanges (for reduced items also) within 15 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned via DHL in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order. Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size.

Track Orders

  • You can view past orders through your account page.
  • Once we send out the package,we will update the tracking number in your account,you can login your account to see the tracking number.
    Sometimes you may can not track the delivery situation due to some reasons, welcome to contact us , we will reply you within 48hours.


  • We send all merchandise as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to Express Company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us. is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during transportation.
